Q. Our 6 unit association has a major roof repair in the works. We originally assessed owners for a partial re-roof but the contractor has advised additional repair work because the damage was more extensive than originally thought.
Q. We just voted to cap rentals in our 13 unit building to 2. We currently have 2 rental units even though we're supposed to be 100% owner occupied.
Q. Can a condo board meet as a group to discuss condo issues without taking any votes or decisions? We have quarterly HOA unit owner meetings but sometimes discussions can't wait till the next meeting.
