Condo S.O.S * Targeted Education Sessions * Hosted Meetings
For condo owners/Board members who are experiencing particular conflicts, this personalized consultation session will help you to get your association on track. We'll discuss your issues, create an Action Plan to address them, and refer you to the professionals that you may want to enlist to get the job done.
This is a great way to get objective insight into how to approach and overcome condo conflict, while minimizing potential legal fees in the long run.
Reserve a date and time at your convenience to get the education you need. We'll provide the experts and a comfortable, neutral space for your session.

Make your session public and reduce fees by allowing other association owners/Board members to join. We'll advertise your session on the Resource Website and in our email blasts and offer a credit for additional attendees!

Hosted Board & Member Meetings
Separating personal conflicts from association business can be difficult, and meetings often become a venue for unpleasantness.
Sometimes, moving to a neutral location and enlisting an objective chair to lead the meeting can help to defuse the tension. We'll provide the space, structure and a chairperson for your meeting so that you can conduct your association business effectively. A single fee includes:
- Pre-Meeting Agenda Preparation
- Chairperson provided for up to one and 1/2 hour meeting
- Meeting space for up to 25 owners/Board members
- Big screen TV w/computer hookup for presentational materials
- Bring your own refreshments - we'll provide plates and napkins!
Owners and Board members must agree to adhere to the Haus Rules when in the space. Violations will result in removal from the Resource Center.
