In October 2021 Fannie Mae released new guidelines for Condo & co-op project loans. These requirements apply to buildings with 5 or more units, and take effect for loans effective January 1, 2022.  

This program will discuss the changes that will occur and what the Associations can expect.  We will discuss how the changes will impact reserve requirements and special assessments.
