My condo management company claims I have not made a payment. What can I do?

Q.The new Management that took over in January has caused me to place a stop payment on my payments.  They are currently accusing me of not paying for 1 month last year and attaching late fees. 

I have tried to resolve this but cannot. Can someone help with this?

A. When a condo association makes a transition to a new management company, there can be a period of adjustment while all of the wrinkles are ironed out. It seems that this transition took place a while back, however, so your account should be cleared up by this point.
