Q. Who pays for repairs on a limited common element private use deck? 

I replaced my deck surface and it sprung a leak affecting my neighbor's exterior drywall underneath our deck (i.e. my neighbor's deck ceiling)?  I know the board is responsible for upkeep but who should be charged back?
