Q. During a break-in in our building, a unit tenant had his car and gate keys stolen.  The HOA was notified that day, but five days later and in spite of repeated follow-up messages, they have yet to change the gate locks.

Their last message said they would be changed "Monday or Tuesday."  What can I do?
