The Chicago Condo Resource was founded by Lauren Schrader, CMCA, AMS and owner of Haus Financial Services, LLC.

Haus Financial Services, LLC was launched in December 2007 with a single goal in mind—to help small, self-managing condominium associations find alternative means of support to traditional property management, which did not appropriately address their unique needs.

Haus Financial Services, LLC has had the pleasure of working closely with many condominium Associations and individual Board members since then.  We enjoy being a means of support to these hard-working owners, and our efforts are continually rewarded by their expressions of gratitude.  We are always striving to provide new ways to support self-managed associations.  It is our sincere hope that the Chicago Condo Resource will further that goal.
