Forms for the incorporation of your association with the state, change of registered agent, annual report and federal and state tax forms.
Articles of Incorporation - For incorporating your Association with the IL Secretary of State's Office (requires recording with the county)
Change of Registered Agent - Change information for the individual responsible for receiving your IL Annual Report and other business communications
IL Annual Report - Must be filed annually to maintain your IL incorporation and remain in good standing
Form 1120-H - Federal income tax return to be filed with the IRS annually
Form IL 1120 - IL State income tax return to be filed with the state annually, if your Association has federally taxable income
