Her expertise in condominium accounting & management is the culmination of nearly a decade working with small businesses at a CPA firm and over five years of living in self-managed condominium buildings. Through her work as Board Treasurer for associations past and present she has gained extensive knowledge of the IL Condo Act and the challenges faced by self-managing buildings. She works closely with her clients to create financially sound associations and to provide an objective voice when dealing with sensitive owner issues. |

Taylor Assurance Group James Robert Taylor was born, raised and still lives in Portage Park on Chicago’s Northwest Side. Being the oldest of 6 siblings and the oldest of 41 grandchildren, James is a family man and feels he has a duty to make sure all of his clients are treated like members of his own. Since graduating from John Carroll University with a Bachelor in Communications, he has compiled well-rounded background in consumer finance, which allows him to be a true resource to his clients. The Taylor Assurance Group was founded in May of 2006 with the mission to become Chicago’s premier provider of insurance for Businesses and Individuals. The stated goal of this organization is to help people make educated decisions. Although this type of methodology is important for all types of insurance, it has made a significant impact in helping Condo Associations avoid many of the pitfalls which lead to financial disaster. In addition to insuring many Condo Associations and Condos, James currently resides at Jefferson Pointe Condominiums with his wife, Mariah.
